Produces medium bodied
A deep cherry-red in colour this wine has flavours and aromas of jammy summer fruits with a touch of earthy spice, nutmeg tobacco and espresso.
balanced and poised with well defined black fruit flavours and an excellent acidity.
Sweet tannins.
Only 6,500 bottles are made annually so availability is necessarily limited.

Paired with sautéed kidneys, roast rabbit or shoulder of lamb stuffed with garlic and mushrooms.
